Inviting all to the second day of the Night school discussing the issue of "State & the Terrorism". by Prof. Sudha Ratan of Georgia Regents University.

On this day the topic addressed will be "States and Foreign Policy making in the Shadow of International Terrorism”.

Dr. Sudha Ratan, is a Professor & Chair, at Dept. of Political Science, Georgia Regents University, USA.

Dr. Ratan received her B.A. in History from Stella Maris College in Madras, India, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Madras, and completed her Ph.D. in International Studies from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. She is Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science at Georgia Regents University. Dr. Ratan teaches classes in International Terrorism and US Foreign Policy and has served for the past five years as a consultant on the AfPak region for the Rule of Law Project at the University of South Carolina and for the International and Operational Law Division, Office of The Judge Advocate General, U.S. Army, Pentagon.
