The Indian Photography Festival(IPF) - Hyderabad, a Not-For-Profit initiative of the Light Craft Foundation along with the Govt. of Telangana is India’s newest international photography festival, showcasing a wide range of photography across all genres from portraits and landscape through photojournalism to fine-art by emerging and legendary photographers from India and around the globe.

The festival aims at congregating the greatest minds in the field of photography and showcasing the works of emerging & renowned photographers from all across the world and bring them to India, at the same time establishing a global platform for learning through various events. The first edition takes place in HYDERABAD the cultural capital of TELENGANA, from 01 - 10 October 2015

MISSION:-  Create Awareness about Photography and bring a plethora of topical social issues to the public through the medium of photography.  Create a convivial space for debate, creativity, social interaction and reflection.  Educate and Engage young & emerging photography talents from the country.  Provide the much needed platform for the exchange of creative ideas and the latest trends in the art of photography.  Placing Hyderabad on the map of the international photography scene in line with the other major cities of the world which have established festivals.
