There are students, working professionals, young adults alike that are struggling with how to manage their mental health and work / studies. This workshop is mindful and experiential, helping people slow down, reconnect, and listen to themselves through creative expression, reflection, and gentle conversation. It’s a space to pause, breathe, and rediscover balance,reminding us that wellbeing begins with awareness and presence. This is curated by professional psychologists and is open for all

Sirisha Peyyeti is a technologist exploring the intersection of art, music, and technology to create conversations around mind health and emotional awareness. Her work bridges structured innovation with human experience, bringing together creative expression and digital insight to make mental-health discussions more accessible and engaging. She is associated with the Naren Foundation, which has graciously supported this initiative to spread awareness about mental well-being. The Foundation has chosen her to represent this cause and to curate experiential spaces where technology meets empathy,inviting people to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves.
