Akademi in 2017, Mercy Maragaret has established herself as a powerful female voice in Telugu literature as a poet, short story writer and playwright. Five volumes of her poems have appeared so far.
The seventh edition of DHWANI will feature a performative vocal presentation of her more recent poems, especially her uniquely styled love poems, in an immersive multi-media setting.
