I completed my MA in German Literature from JNU in 2002. Till March 2026 I worked with IBM Gurgaon and Amazon Hyderabad in senior leadership roles. I continued to write on international relations, socio-political landscape and Urdu poetry. I decided to take a career break and complete my first novel 'A River Remembers' which is due for mid-July release. My short story 'The Cost of Jamun' was published in the Apr 2026 edition of The Chakkar. 'Past Imperfect' is my weekly series on Substack where I write long form essays on events, personalities and phenomenon which history does not remember - or chose to forget.
