Monsoon Shelters – Four Himalayan Short Films & Story Sharing Session Every monsoon leaves behind stories. Monsoon Shelters is an intimate evening of four independent short films inspired by journeys through the Himalayas, mountain villages, changing weather, faith, silence, resilience and the people who call these mountains home. Rather than being a conventional film screening, the event is designed as a shared storytelling experience. After every film, filmmaker and Himalayan traveller Ritwik Bhattachaharyya will share the real stories, unexpected moments, challenges and human experiences that inspired each work.The audience will also have an opportunity to interact, ask questions and discuss filmmaking, travel, mountain culture and visual storytelling. His films combine visual narratives with authentic storytelling and audience interaction.
