Sravani Rudrapati (she/they) is a psychologist, facilitator, and mental health practitioner with over seven years of experience designing and facilitating trauma-informed, participatory workshops for adolescents, adults, educators, healthcare professionals, government institutions, and community organizations. With a Master's in Applied Clinical Psychology and experience at the Centre for Addiction Medicine, National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences, Sravani integrates narrative therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, queer-affirmative practice, and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks into experiential learning spaces. A former psychologist with the Indian Army, Sravani has facilitated workshops across the Indian Army, Navy, government institutions, corporate organizations, and international schools on mental health, gender, sexuality, inclusion, and psychosocial wellbeing. Their facilitation style combines psychological safety with critical reflection, inviting participants to move beyond awareness towards collective care, sustainable leadership, and meaningful systems change through interactive, accessible, and disability-affirming practices.
