This film centers on Kunal Avanti, a self-described middle-aged, gluttonous "everyman" who decides to challenge his unhealthy lifestyle after being inspired by Paul McCartney to question the food system. As the "test subject," Kunal undergoes an intense physical and mental transformation while unlearning deeply ingrained cultural beliefs about food, dairy, and nutrition in India.
