Celebrate Friendship Day by creating something meaningful together through the timeless art of traditional hand block printing.

In this immersive workshop, you'll learn directly from a generational artisan, discovering the history, techniques, and stories behind one of India's oldest textile crafts. Guided by the artisan, you'll hand-print your very own block-printed tote bag to take home, a functional keepsake you'll actually use.

Whether you're coming with your best friend, your sibling, or on your own, this is a chance to slow down, create together, and celebrate Friendship Day through a shared creative experience rooted in tradition.

All materials, including the tote bag, block printing tools, and fabric colors, are provided. No prior experience is needed—just bring your creativity, and leave with a handcrafted tote bag and a memorable experience.

Craft Connect is an experience driven platform dedicated to bringing India's traditional crafts closer to urban audiences through immersive, hands-on experiences led by generational artisans. Our mission is to preserve craft heritage while creating meaningful learning opportunities and sustainable livelihoods for artisan communities. Over the past few months, we've successfully hosted a range of unique experiences, including a Tholu Bommalata (Leather Puppetry) Workshop with an 8th-generation artisan, a Texture Walk at Paigah Tombs that combined heritage exploration with creative making, and community-driven charity workshops for autistic children, using art and craft as a medium for creative expression and engagement. Through every event, we aim to make traditional crafts accessible, engaging, and relevant for today's generation while celebrating the stories, skills, and people behind them.
