Lamakaan's first mushaira will see recitations by a select few poets from Hyderabad's rich tradition of Urdu literature.

Among the poets are : Rashid Azar, Mohsin Jalgaonvi, Mustar Majaaz, Raoof Khalish, Rauf Khair, Rahamat Yusuf Zai and Mushaf Iqbal Taunsifi.

Set in a semi-formal way, this promises to be a delight for the lovers of Urdu poetry and ghazals.
