Nishumbita Presents two Telugu plays in one evening. at 7:30pm first play: "Kukka", a play by Yandamuri Veerendranath, is about a fight between the haves and the have-nots. The Dora or the Zamindar in the play makes the life of the domestic help miserable and worse than that of a dog for his selfish needs and desires. The story revolves around the Dora, his son Chinna Dora and the Jeetagadu or the domestic help who goes against the Zamindar Raj in the finale.

at 8:30pm: Khadga Shrusti: It is a social drama by Dr. Kandimalla Sambasivarao. It is a sword to root out the rottenness in the society. It is to awaken the society to question the dirty politics of corruption, rigging and looting. A progressive society is possible then alone.
