Cinema Talk @ Lamakaan series invites all for a screening of National Award winning film "Grahanam" by MohanKrishna Indraganti. He will also deliver a Talk on 'Do good books make good movies?'

Grahanam is a 2004 Telugu film based on the Novel and Story 'Doshagunam' written by Chalam on social taboos. The film won critical acclaim upon release and received National Film Award, for the Best First Film of a Director.

Mohana Krishna Indraganti is the son of renowned Telugu writer Indraganti Srikanth Sarma. He is know for other films like 'Ashta Chamma', Golconda Highschool'. He won eleven awards including the National Film Award for Best First Film of a Director, the Nandi Award for Best First Film of a Director and the Gollapudi Srinivas Award for Best First Film of a Director. He holds Master of Fine Arts from York University.
