Inviting all for a talk on "Outdoor Education" by Diyanat Ali, an adventure educator. It is a free event and all age groups are welcome.

Outdoors have been man’s best teacher for time immemorial. Whether it is spending time in nature or taking part in various outdoor sports and activities, the learning from outdoors are immense. The essence of outdoor education however lies in reflection which is not fully realized and valued these days. The trend is more on using outdoors for recreation purposes only. However outdoors can be one of the greatest teacher for humans and plays a vital role in development of human psyche. The talk will focus on the importance of outdoor education and why it should be a regular part of our lives.

Speaker: Diyanat Ali is a pakka Hyderabadi and the founder of India's Largest and most active adventure club "Great Hyderabad Adventure Club www.ghac.in. He is an Outdoor and Experiential Educator and spends his time volunteering with GHAC for community building and youth development activities or is busy conducting leadership development programs for corporate using outdoors and experiential learning through his startup www.outlife.in
