Rati (Suzanne Patel) on the day before her birthday finds herself a competition Vaneetha (Oindrilla Chakraborty) who struggles for the Marketing Head's position in the same company. Rati, on the other hand, wants to spend her birthday with her busy, single father Ashok (Sameer Chhabra) who hardly gives her time, but as usual he would'nt remember her birthday and goes to Bangalore for an Urgent Meeting. She spends her birthday with her besties and the very next day, forgets making a presentation, which if given properly would make her the marketing head. JAI (Rahul Premchander), the long lost love of Rati's comes to her and asks her for forgiveness for not being there for her, In order to her help her out and get her back, decides to solve all her problems.
