With Holi, Ugadi, Gudi Padwa approaching, lets perfect the art of rolling Puran Poli And sweetening some Kadhi.

Conducting free cooking demo at Lamakaan on Sun 20th Mar at 11am by Zarina Ahmed, who will be demonstrating a couple of basic home food recipesfor the festival season: 1) Kesri Puran Poli & 2) Sweet Mirch Kadi.

This is a confluence combo of improvised cuisines from three central and western provinces of Deccan, Maharashtra & Gujarat.

Zarina Ahmed & parveen M Bastawalla will also be selling some home cooked savouries in the counter alongside.
