"Unlearning Childbirth" With Debora T. Stenta

Debora serves as a doula and a birth keeper and is engaged in the awareness that being pregnant, giving birth, breastfeeding and caring children is a totally natural, spontaneous and foreseen phase of our and inner. She wishes to share her experience with anyone who is interested participating in the co-creation of a loving, caring, supportive, nourishing, abundant, giving, pullulating, smiling, kind, healthy, satisfying, prosperous habitat for humans and other creatures on this planet.

She will also share her knowledge about the physiology of the process; the functions of hormones and other biological factors occurring before, during and after birth; the basic needs of pregnant women, laboring women, new mothers and the creatures who are born.
