Shudrka Hyderabad’s “Oka Anokha Roopkatha Chalk Circle” - a multilingual play - an adaptation of The Caucasian Chalk Circle is about not one theme. It is about the relationship of law and morality, and about different conceptions of justice. It is about utility and legality, the good and the right. The play also contains a graphic "show trial" and at its denouement Brecht's finest and funniest court scene, with few equals since Shakespeare.
