An Expressive Arts Therapy workshop that focuses on exploring 'Self' and 'Safety' through various art forms like Drama, Authentic Movement, Visual Art and Guided imagery. It's a closed group event with a maximum of 15 participants. Participants will explore, meet and dialogue with parts of them in a safe community.

Pallavi Banothu is a certified Expressive Arts Practitioner with a Masters in Theatre Arts. She specializes in Children’s Theatre and Theatre of the oppressed and works with people from all walks of life. She believes art is an empowering and liberating practice that opens up space for interaction, dialoguing, and critical thinking. With 12 years of experience in working with children, she now integrates theatre with therapeutic approaches to enable self-discovery and transformation. With her stance in intersectional feminism and anti-caste activism, she aspires to create spaces that address structural violence towards the marginalized communities and their impact on the mental health of the oppressed.
