The event's theme revolve around Unwritten Voices, emotions and feelings - here we are bringing a small group of people together with an aim to facilitate letter writing and art into a silent yet expressive space followed by grounding structure. This is a mental health movement driven space where one's expressiveness, permissions to do so and well - being is fostered.

Aanchal Munoth
Aanchal Munoth is a practicing counseling psychologist and psychotherapist. Her clientele involves from the age bracket of 15 - 45. In her practice, she deals with concerns like trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self - identity concerns, esteem, confidence, eating disorders, body imaging etc. She also is trained and have experience of working with oppressed communities.
About events, she is very passionate about working with communities in a group. Groups are a tool and power, is what she believes. She holds experience of hosting several reflective and compassion circles.
