Men in Menstruation is a unique event that combines a speaker session and a workshop designed to educate and sensitise men about menstruation, menstrual health, menstrual care, and the associated stigma. The event's aspiration is to engage participants with a primary aim to break down the social stigma and taboos surrounding menstruation. By educating men about menstruation, we seek to reduce discrimination and misunderstanding, promote empathy, and foster active support for menstrual hygiene, period poverty eradication, and women's menstrual health.
