Dr.Jayaprada is the first female Top-Grade Carnatic Flute Artiste of twin Telugu States. She is a recipient of National & state awards. She's a senior disciple of 'Padmashri' Natesan Ramani & 'Padmavibhushan' Pt.Hariprasad Chaurasia. She was introduced to film industry by Oscar winning music director MM.Keeravaani. She is striving towards promoting and sustaining Classical Music on Bamboo Flute. She has extensively toured Russia, Australia, America, UAE, Europe, Bangladesh and other countries as a solo performing artist. She is a regular performer at Tiruvaiyaru Tyagaraja Festival, TTD, and she recently participated at Australian Institute of Music & Cleveland Music Festival. She has been honoured by three Presidents of India Smt.Droupadi Murmu, Shri.Pranab Mukherjee, Shri.KR.Narayanan. She supports artists through Global Flute Foundation.
