Synopsis: The notion that people become stars after death is eerily ironic, given India's brutal reality of corporate-led violence and murder. Since economic reforms, common people have been sacrificed for corporate interests, losing rights and suffering environmental damage. In Odisha, communities from Kashipur, Niyamgiri, Dhinkia, and Kaling Nagar have bravely resisted giants like Aditya Birla, Vedanta, POSCO, and TATA, suffering loss of loved ones to state or corporate-sponsored violence. This film chronicles their struggles, exposing the State's internal conflict between development and citizens' fundamental rights.
