Dr.Jayaprada is the first female top-grade Carnatic Flute Artiste of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh. She is a state awardee, National women's awardee, Doctorate from Osmania University, a sought-after performer and an active promoter of music and arts. She has been training several students in the unique art form of Flute. She is well known in the classical music circles and has toured many countries for ICCR & other government festivals. She has authored several articles & books. She has several awards, titles to her credit.
